  • YOU AS A BUYER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
  • ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • RETURNS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR USED IN ANY WAY.
  • ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BY OUR TECHNICAL STAFF PRIOR TO ISSUING A REFUND.
  • ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. (RESTOCKING FEE ONLY APPLIES IN PECULIAR CASES)

IF A PRODUCT IS ORDERED AND NOT WANTED, THE UNUSED ITEM CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND. (IF A RESTOCKING FEE IS NOT DISCUSSED WITH YOU BY OUR TEAM AT THE TIME OF REFUND THEN THERE WILL BE NO 20% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED). SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN EITHER DIRECTION. ALL ITEMS WANTING TO BE RETURN MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE. NO ITEMS WILL BE RETURNABLE AFTER 30 DAYS. ALL PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS, DHL, FEDEX OR USPS. IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ICBL OR MANUFACTURER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. THESE FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON FILE. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS WITH FINAL SALE IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
